I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I spent three comfortable and pleasant nights here. Its exterior features a distinctive ethnic architectural style, while the interior facilities are brand-new. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but they are highly functional. The breakfast isn't lavish, but it offers excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport—one of the primary reasons I chose it in the first place. The surrounding area is a cluster of hotels and offers basic amenities, such as a 24-hour convenience store. The hotel takes its commitment to guest service very seriously; there are even QR codes in the rooms allowing guests to report any issues they encounter directly via WhatsApp. I would like to give a special commendation to Khulkarbek: this young staff member speaks good English, is incredibly helpful, and assists foreign guests in resolving tricky issues. Furthermore, he is honest and exceptionally kind, making me—an elderly traveler—feel as though I had returned home. This hotel is the first stop of my Central Asia trip and is truly my lucky stop.
