The hotel looks luxurious, but the rooms are VERY old. The drain in the bathtub was not working well in my room so I had to get it fixed. The mattress is quite hard and not very comfy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The best thing about this hotel was actually the breakfast. Recommend it highly for Koreans especially because they serve Korean food at breakfast.

Properly a little dated, but great location. Walkable to several main sites, parks, and lots of restaurants. Five min walk to two different subways. Rooms and bathrooms a good size. Super comfy down pillows and comforters. Off the main road so very quiet, even on low floors. Roof restaurant with beautiful view and good food. Extensive breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent massage.

Good and cozy place in the very center of Tashkent, perfect spot for the city start tour. The place is good looking, clean, calm, offering all accommodations you need. The breakfast is good, various, all is fresh. Rooms are well decorated, clean and modern. Good place can't be without good staff - the Lotte's staff is great 100%. Will be back for sure for my next visit.
