We spent one night here after travelling from Bukhara during the day & catching a flight home the following day. For a one night stay the Europe was perfect. Comfy beds in a clean modern bedroom; quiet surroundings; tasty breakfast; helpful & friendly staff. We didn't use the spa facilities or the pool due to lack of time but I'm sure they must be good. Also, at only a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport it was handily placed.

When I went to put a bottle of water in the refrigerator, there was rotten food that another guest had left behind, and the cleaning staff hadn't checked. When the refrigerator door was opened, the whole room reeked of rottenness. This was reported, and they cleaned it immediately. The air conditioning wasn't working very well; we had to open the window to cool the room. They only give you one key for the room, and since there were two of us roommates and we needed two, they refused to give us another. Despite this, they were very kind and resolved the situation quickly. The location is perfect for spending the night since it's close to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The room was modern and comfortable. There is a bar, restaurant and a small enclosed courtyard. We felt safe to leave our window open for fresh air as the window was over the enclosed courtyard.

A modern hotel with very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staffs are responsive. However, the HVAC is hard to control. Our room was too warm. Our final control was to open the windows to cool the room. We enjoyed the hotel's wonderful spa.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. It is a wonderful hotel with prices less than half of what the major hotel chains charge. The location of the hotel is safe but not the greatest. However, the location wasn't a problem since the taxis are incredibly cheap.

Modern Hotel in Tashkent

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. The hotel is done to a nice standard and is not too big. It has a pretty good breakfast offering. The hotel is located within walking distance of a number of restaurants. It is an easy location to get to all the key Tashkent attractions via taxi or taxi/metro.
