The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But we were disappointed with a few things: 1) We arrived to find the air conditioning not working. And even after they fixed the thermostat, the air conditioning did not dehumidify the room properly. 2) The room darkening shades were not long enough. They ended before the end of the wall. So they were not so room darkening. 3) We were billed twice for our stay.

Our room was clean but obviously older and could use an upgrade. The staff would respond if we said good morning but nobody had a smile to give. The main areas and courtyard were lovely. We had dinner and it was quite good and staff attentive. Our dinner came out at mixed times and we were given another round of drinks and dessert.

Front desk Yashieka was super helpful. The property public spaces are cool. Internal garden is beautiful in spring. The rooms are old and dated, but clean. Their heating/ac system is messed up and you have no control over temperature. They often host large groups, which can get noisy. But very calm otherwise
