An excellent little hotel! The room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning was amazing. It worked better than most 4-star hotels. It's very centrally located, a half a block from the main plaza in the old city. It's just a few blocks from all the historical sites. There is no reception. Remember to check your email for instructions on how to access the property. The best way to reach them is on WhatsApp. The staff is super helpful. There is always someone close by and sometimes, someone is even at the front desk (usually in the morning or at check out time).

Fantastic stay! We arrived at our room at nearly 2am due to traveling. It was World Cup finals night and people were still partying in the streets, but you could not hear a thing from the room. Completely quiet for sleep! All of our check-in details were completed via email so we were able to access the hotel and room without needing assistance. The room was well equipped with amenities and extremely comfortable beds. I also left my phone in the room after check out; management was quick to contact my husband so we could return for the phone. We highly recommend choosing this hotel!

The room had been stylishly remodeled. It was a bit small for travelers with two suitcases to open. I was not aware that there is no staffing at the hotel and everything is done by messaging, with front door code only sent at 15:00. We had 5 people waiting at the door trying to get in after arriving by train at noon. It is a big problem if you have to carry you luggage around for 3 hours if you can't drop it off at the hotel until check-in time. We had been sent a message to supply identity details, but it required a signature, and none of the 5 had any way to do that digitally. Most of the communication had to be done on WhatsApp, which we don't use, in order to function properly, including check out. Fortunately, the person in charge was on the premises and eventually let us in. She admonished us for arriving before 15:00, but she was friendly and took in everyone's luggage. She was very nice, but that doesn't change the fact we did not know it was an unstaffed hotel and we would normally not be able to leave our luggage. That said, it was a very good location, centrally located for our sightseeing.

The property is right in the centre. Exactly near the city hall. Shops, attraction, the cathedral, museums are within walking distance. If you have mobility problems, let the property owner knows because there is no elevator. Room- cozy and clean. We love the bathroom and shower. There is air conditioning if you need it. Our room was de luxe balcony. Please note, it is only room. There is no kettle nor tea or coffee making equipment. Shops and restaurants are within the vicinity. And plenty of selections as well. For the beach, I recommend Platja Arrabassada and Playa Gorda. There are just next to each other. And that is around a 30-min walk from the property. If you need anything, the owner is very much easy to contact via whats app.

Todo muy bien, la única pega es que no cuenta con ascensor. Y nos tocó subir muchas plantas hasta la habitación 9. La cama blanda pero cómoda. Todo muy limpio y la habitación amplia. A mejorar, quizás fuese solo puntual, que las toallas olían mal, como a humedad , la típica olor que se queda cuando te lavas la cara o te duchas. Por lo demás todo bien

todo muy bien con la estancia. El único inconveniente el fuertísimo olor a productor de limpieza con ambientador que hizo que abriésemos la ventana durante varias horas. El olor a ambientador es excesivamente fuerte. Si lo podéis controlar será más agradable.
