The bedroom was nice and clean. However, there was not anyone to help you in the front desk if you need something either at night or in the morning. I'm my opinion, it will be great if there is someone to help you because we had a problem and we needed to wait to a customer to arrive to help us. We only receive one towel when normally the hotels give you more than one for face or hands. There was not hand soap.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant et particulièrement sale (literie mise à part). Les parties communes sont sales et abîmées. L'accueil est très serviable et gentil. Par contre, une agente d'entretien s'est permis de me réveiller en tapant à ma porte à 10h30, 11h15 et de manière très insistante à 11h50. En ouvrant la porte, elle s'est permis de me réprimander sous prétexte que j'étais la dernière chambre occupée de l'étage et que le checkout était dans ~10 minutes. Le ton employé était complètement inacceptable et le fond de son propos inadapté: le checkout est indiqué à MIDI. Ce genre de méthode est une première pour moi, bien qu'ayant voyagé dans différents endroits du monde... Compte tenu de l'inhospitalité et l'aggressivité de cette employée, je re reviendrai pas je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Elle devrait plutôt se concentrer sur la propreté défaillante des chambres puisque c'est sa reaponsabilité.

Très déçus par l'arrivée à l'hôtel. La réception n'ouvrait qu'à 17h et l'enregistrement devait se faire sur une borne automatique dès 14h. Malheureusement, la borne fonctionnait très mal. Plusieurs clients avant nous ont rencontré les mêmes problèmes. De notre côté, la borne indiquait que notre carte bancaire était refusée alors qu'elle fonctionnait parfaitement. Aucun personnel n'était présent pour nous aider. Le pire a été la gestion des tickets d'enregistrement : ils sont sortis bien après notre passage et nous avons récupéré les tickets d'une autre cliente, tandis qu'elle avait les nôtres. Nous avons dû revenir et échanger les documents. C'est très inquiétant concernant l'organisation et la confidentialité. Dommage, car l'arrivée dans un hôtel devrait être simple et rassurante. Une assistance ou une borne plus fiable serait vraiment nécessaire.
