This was an amazing oasis in the desert. Reja and the team were incredible. Amazing food, pool was lovely and guided hikes. The staff did everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The views of the mountains at sunrise and sunset make the ecolodge truly spectacular.

Ouednoujoum is in a category of its own. Situated alongside a hidden oasis, it speaks to the inviting serenity that pervades the place and people. From my warm greeting with delicious Moroccan tea through to a generous farewell, it was with a heavy heart I left being so well-looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for the team: Reda arranging last minute transfers, El Yassaa climbing up and down to serve lunch by the pool, and Abdisalah (spelling) picking the last pomegranate from the grove as a thoughtful parting gift. The food; delicious and plentiful and I must also recommend a visit to the Hammam and Spa. Thank you to the whole team for making the stay so special, I will certainly be back. Au revoir, Ă  la prochaine fois.

No me alojaron en la habitacion deluxe 3 pax. Que tenia reservada y me cobraron. La habitacion era pequeña sin espacio ni sitio para las maletas, ni un perchero. La cena 20€ por persona me parece exesivamente cara.(sopa+tajine pequeña+ensalada fruta+agua) Precios Europeos para un hotel normal, en la zona hay muchas mejores opciones a mejor precio. La ubicacion en la cascada es preciosa, pero no compensa los precios abusivos.

Accueil au top, dans un cadre naturel magnifique, et nous avons pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier d'un surclassement pour 3 chambres sur les 4 !! Malheureusement, beaucoup de trop d'alĂ©as par la suite : la robinetterie de plusieurs douches et leurs Ă©vacuations sont dĂ©faillantes (dont l'une inutilisable), des odeurs nausĂ©abondes remontent des canalisations, tous les draps d'une chambre Ă©taient sales. Au petit dĂ©jeuner, tous les verres et toutes les assiettes Ă©taient Ă©galement sales, Ă  tel point que nous avons dĂ» demander Ă  les faire changer. Et mauvaise surprise au moment de partir : le rĂ©ceptionniste nous a demandĂ© de rĂ©gler une taxe de sĂ©jour de l'ordre 4€ par personne au lieu de 0.52€ annoncĂ©s lors de notre rĂ©servation. Il a fallu s'agacer pendant 15 minutes pour lui faire entendre que nous ne rĂ©glerons pas 1 centime de plus que la somme prĂ©vue... Vraiment exaspĂ©rant pour un hĂŽtel de ce standing !

Un lieu idyllique entre les montagnes et une oasis se trouve ce petit paradis perdu au milieu du silence et des étoiles. Un accueil amical, un souper délicieux, un petit-déjeuner succulent, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du couple de gérants furent juste sublimes.
