“This was our second stay at this hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last. The highlight for us is easily the pool area, which is always beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing. In addition to the incredible pool, all the other facilities—including the on-site dining options—The staff remains consistently welcoming and attentive, ensuring our second visit was just as memorable as our first. “The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

“The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix.
After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him
