Nachdem wir einen Ausgleich dafür haben wollten wurde mitgeteilt, das wir ja bereits besser gestellt sind als mit dem gebuchten Zimmer. Haben wir etwas anders gesehen. “Hotel, Zimmer und Parkplatz waren sehr gut und ermöglichten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Auch das Frühstück hat uns wegen der großen Auswahl und Frische der Produkte sehr überzeugt: Egal ob Frühstückseivarianten, Müsli-Toppings oder frisch aufgeschnittenes Obst, jeder hat seinen Favorit gefunden und genossen! “This hotel is really charming. Service is superb, the decor is quaint old Swiss and there’s a resident St Bernard dog. The adjoining pastry shop is out of this world.”

“The cleaning in the room was excellent. However, we didn't feel that the staff was friendly, we felt not welcomed. They have a ski room but is without the lockers. You leave them unattended. Breakfast was decent, could be improoved. The bread was very dry. The rooms are not well isolated, you could hear everything from the other rooms or from outside, but if you ski all day during the night is quiet.
