Great staff, great food, very kid friendly , the grounds were beautiful. The only thing that I was disappointed about were the rooms. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but our room looked very outdated, old bathtub, worn out towels and bed sheets. The room was very clean but looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80s. Just very surprising given the rest of the resort and amenities

The staff was excellent at both the restaurant and the Maro kids club The property is very busy and there doesn't seem to be enough seating at any of the three pools.

Hotel close to the beach

Great facilities but the dining experience was awful. One restaurant, full of queues, little variety and HUGE amounts of noise. If you tried to move to another on site restaurant ( as part of the all inclusive package) you had to book 48 hours in advance and even then it was a limited set menu. If it rains, as it did for us on most days there is very little to do and space is compromised. The noise from the entertainment was overwhelming and went on till around 1130 hrs most nights.
