Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!

The front desk staff was excellent, the gym was surprisingly good, the breakfast had a nice variety, the hallways and elevator and rooms were clean, and the place just had a nice, clean, newer feel to it. I saw quite a few business people in the morning at breakfast. It seems like a place where professionals choose to stay when in the general area.

The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms were clean. We did try to go to the pool but when we opened the door there was a very strong smell of chlorine. More than usual. So much my eyes were burning. We decided not to get in. Very sad because one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool. Yet, overall our experience was very good.
