Beautiful romantic location. The food was great, the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The room came with a working fireplace and the hotel provided the firewood. The town of Tapalpa is nearby, great restaurants and street food!

Amazing views

Overall it’s good. The view of the restaurante and bar is beautiful. The hotel is about 15-20 min from Tapalpa center.

I do like the place, the whole scenery, the main building with the balcony to the open space of the Valley. The lake in the background made all a wonderful place to spend time with my significant other. It was a wonderful place for a romantic night. The only thing I did not like was not finding good service from the Dinner staff. They need to improve their promptness and service and be more attentive to customers ; training will be good idea in Order, so they can pay attention to all details and communication between the kitchen, and the Dining staff

Si han cambiado del año pasado a hoy mejor fiesta del 25 de año nuevo. Mejor amenidades. Pero les falta personal. Mantenimiento to a la habitaciones. Sé que es caro pero no cobran barato. Y el bar le hace falta música o algo que llame la atención. Por qué para ver la tele y tomarme un trago. Mejor lo hago en la habitación. La tele en la anotación ya es muy pequeña. Pero aguanto más que otros años
