Tuvimos muchos problemas todos los días para tener agua caliente. Nos tuvieron esperando en el baño mas de 25 minutos para resolvernos si se podia prender o no el boiler y si íbamos a tener agua caliente. Nunca nos avisaron y tuvimos que irnos a trabajar sin bañarnos porque no se resolvió 2 días seguidos.
Desayuno buffet el domingo. Muy rico y variado
mezcal y tequila con vista al lobby (buenos precios pero creo que deberían tener mejores marcas de tequila)

The hotel is modern with great dinning restaurant. Convenient location 5 minutes away from downtown tapalpa. Great sunsets and greenery. A mi familia le encantó el hotel. Esta hubicado en buen lugar cerca del centro de tapalpa. El restaurante ofrece muy buena comida. Sus trabajadores muy amables y hacen lo posible por asistir.

Serenzzo es una de las mejores experiencias que mi pareja y yo hemos tenido. Desde que llegamos, la amabilidad del personal nos hizo sentir bienvenidos; las habitaciones son bellísimas y la cama es tan cómoda que no queríamos salir de ella, y del baño no se hable: es precioso, amplio y quiero uno exactamente igual para mi casa; los jardines y zonas exteriores son bellísimos y hasta cuentan con una fogata gigante y sillones debajo de árboles para sentarte a leer o conversar tranquilamente. Los desayunos continentales son riquísimos: café (americano y de olla), fruta, queso cottage, miel y variedades de pan recién hecho, uno queda satisfecho para hacer de todo en el pueblo. Además, el restaurante tiene un menú a la carta muy amplio: nosotros probamos los chilaquiles Alfredo y el omelette de salmón que nos dejaron sin palabras. ¡Ya tenemos ganas de volver una y otra vez! Gracias a todos por hacer de nuestro aniversario algo inolvidable.

Me gusto mucho el hotel. el personal muy amable, la comida riquísima. Solo que me toco la habitación que esta arriba de la recepción y en la mañana se escuchan todas las voces y ruidos por la ventana, que no se puede cerrar por que se encierra la habitación y no cuenta con aire acondicionado.

El lugar está bonito, y nuevo. En mi cuarto de repente llegaba olor a caño por el baño (creo que poner aromatizantes y tapar resumideros solucionaría ese inconveniente) la comida está súper buena, el personal muy amable,aunque considero les hace falta más personal en fines de semana. En cuanto al estacionamiento está algo incómodo porque el restaurante se llena y uno como huésped le batalla para encontrar y como está a pie de carretera no es como dejarlo a la vuelta y caminar. En teoría está bonito pero como todo hay aspectos por mejorar
