Decent for one night stay

Hotel is decent enough for a night stay. Rooms w/ one single bed are smaller than appear in pictures. Found mold in bathroom of first room given to me. bathroom windows do not have blinds or curtains offering low privacy. Wi-fi is decent, not the best. Pool is really small. Towels and bed sheets are not in the best condition.

Hice reservación el día 5 de febrero 2025, para hospedarme el día 12 de febrero del '25. Al llegar NO ME DEJARON PASAR argumentando que no había espacio, habitación y que la aPP Expedia "no sirve" por ende no hubo reservación y al bulevar x la noche me dejaron en la calle...PESIMO SERVICIO

Excelente hotel, pobre comunicación con la página

Es un hotel bastante nuevo, las instalaciones están muy bien. Siempre se paga directamente en la recepción. El precio varía 1 o 2 pesos más del que se encuentra en la página. Ellos me comentaron que no tienen acceso a las reservaciones de la página. Lo ideal es que lo hagan directamente con el hotel.

Teníamos reserva y nos dejaron sin habitación

Habíamos realizado la reserva de 3 habitaciones y esperamos a las 5 para llegar al hotel ya que el check in es a las 3:00 y al llegar nos dijeron que de las 3 habitaciones que reservamos NO tenían la triple al parecer no manejan bien el tema de las reservamos, no encontramos otro hotel donde reservar y al final nos dieron una habitación master para 2 por el precio de una triple, realmente nos fuimos decepcionados del lugar y de la poca coordinación que tiene, nos hicieron perder el tiempo con toda nuestra familia, íbamos de vacaciones y nunca nos dieron una solución, No lo recomiendo. Si van confirmen que si tienen su habitación para evitar estos problemas que al llegar ya se la hayan dado a alguien mas

No confíen en la reserva

Se tenía la reserva confirmada, al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que ya no había espacio. Nos quitaron la reserva sin previo aviso y sin cancelación. Nos dijeron que no tenían la habitación hasta que nos presentamos al hotel. El problema era que no había espacio en otros hoteles, lo que nos hizo adaptarnos a dormir varios en la misma cama y para colmo el hotel nos cobró por persona no por habitación.
