The check in was easy, the room was ready and the cooling system was great, amenities were provided. The pool was not clean, the breakfast area was not often attended so it got messy at peak time. Average hotel, with average service in relation to the price. Very close to the airport, and the area around was very active but quiet and pleasant

first, the management was to slow,I wait for more than 10 minutes to find my reservation , to get my room another 15 minutes, when we get into the room was a very bad smell, I was thinking because the air condition was not working, but the smell did not get away, the bathroom door did not get close and the smell was in all the room, next day we spoke with the management and they change room because the smell, but the new room had the same smell, the curtain of the bathroom was very old and broken, after few hours of talking with the management of the hotel, they give me a up grade room, this was better, the smell was not there, but the curtain of the bathroom was the same old and broken , I am very disappointment about the hotel, because is not cheap, and this will be the last time in this hotel.

No sirve la línea telefónica. Estaba dañada la secadora. Las sombrillas alrededor de la alberca están rotas. No había toallas en mi habitación. El personal fue sumamente amable y muy servicial. Trataron de solventar esas deficiencias.
