Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. The one thing that would have made our stay perfect would have been a kettle, cups and coffee etc in the room

Very nice place at the rocky coast

We had good time here, got an ocean view room with a balcony and it was georgeus. Good swimming options at the rocks but also a very nice pool area with bar. Short walking distance to Naxos restaurants. Also boat rental is nearby which I definitely recommend!

6/10 Okay

The location is great, on the ocean with beautiful views of sea, of Taormina and of Mount Etna. In general we were disappointed in the staffs approach and assistance. We had a room on the third floor and on day 2, I noticed ants on the bathroom floor but much worst on the bed. We immdiately notified the front desk. The women was not apologitic nor sympathic. Her answer was "we have products to clean" or you can change room. Very abruptly, what do you want to do. Our reply was "change room" however we would have to wait till after guests checked out for the day to determine which room we would be assigned. I would not be writing this review if the situation was handled with acknowledgment professionaly and with politeness.

Eclectic charm and great views

Hotel was much better than expected. We had a corner suite with a patio and a small balcony. View was spectacular! Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good and fixed price dinner for 20 euros was a bargain and quite good. Only complaint, the safe in the room was on the floor of closet. You had to go on your stomach to read the numbers and no instructions how to use it.

This hotel is full of character with a charming outlook to the sea. It is quiet and next to the archeological gardens. The furniture and furnishings are traditional, artistic and very sicilian. The pool is salt water and always clean. The breakfast room is open with a view towards the sea. The evening dinner is varied with just enough choice and well presented. The staff are friendly and you can access the sea from the hotel with good snorkelling.

De kamers waren proper. Geen wifi op de kamer en heel weinig of geen in de openbare ruimtes. Hotel is vervallen . Geen 4 sterren waardig. Pover morgenontbijt. Heel slechte matrassen . Hotel ligt heel afgelegen. Andere hotels in de omgeving reeds gesloten. Slecht onderhouden zwembad . Kapotte stenen rond en in het zwembad. Markabele douche en omkleedhokje. Jacuzzi onbruikbaar.

Beautiful hotel with garden on lava rock

We had a great time! The room was clean, not quite like a more luxurious hotel but definitely clean enough! AC worked well but was a bit loud. Staff was very friendly and professional. Amazing balcony!! The decor was amazing, so many pieces of cool aged furniture, really lifted the experience for us. Pool is nice, but note that it is salt water. OK snorkling opportunities in the sea outside the hotel (stairs from lava rock). The hotel was located in a quiet area a short walk from the beach and the center of town, although the walk was a bit exhausting when the temperature was 35 degrees Celcius.
