“방에 출입할 때 키를 첫번째 문에 작동시키기 너무 어려웠습니다. 옆집에 사는 분이 도와주셨습니다. 그리고 카드키로 들어가는 두번째 방으로 입장할때는 카드키를 인식하지 않아도 손으로 쿵 치키만 해도 열려서 보안이 신경쓰였습니다.”

Colazione varia e abbondante servita nei giorni di sole sulla terrazza. Ottimi i ristoranti e le pizzerie nelle vicinanze. Inoltre merita una menzione lo staff attento e cordiale. Ritorneremo sicuramente.”

“Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à l'hôtel Belladonna. L'hôtel est magnifique, propre et joliment décoré. La chambre est spacieuse et le couchage très confortable. La vue sur l'etna est magnifique, l'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la région de Catane. Le parking est un plus. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, il y avait de tout à volonté. Le petit plus est la gentillesse du personnel et le restaurant sur place qui est excellent ! A refaire sans hésiter. ”
