Room was good, view was amazing; we opened the shades when we got in to check out the balcony and there were three deer right under us (literally made my entire trip). Food was great. Breakfast buffet was as expected. Breakfast off the menu; the best omelet I have ever had and french toast was so good! Staff (especially the lady working the restaurant every single day we were there) was amazing! We wanted to use the dry sauna but was having some issues with it (could of been us). We did think there was a hot tub but there is not. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay! Definitely coming back!

The staff was absolutely fantastic.But the cleaning of the room failed.Out of the 4 days we stayed the room was supposedly clean 2 times,and all they did was pick up the trash and change the towels and do the beds.The bed sheets were never changed.I know this because one had a stain and it was never changed.Also the whole place needs a lot of upgrades.
