My son absolutely loves the water park! Is it very toddler-friendly! The only thing I didn’t like was the arcade. Most of the machines didn’t work, and they took your credit it wont let you play. Everything else was great!

The property was extremely clean and family friendly. Staff members were available everywhere greeting us or asking if we needed anything. The resort has a lot to offer from restaurants and playful activities for the kids. The water park was amazing but we didn't get a chance to check out the outdoor water park since it wasn't open yet.

Honestly, it was kids friendly but the room in which we stayed in was poorly cleaned, they even left garbage from the previews guess. Also, it took them 2 days to bring us towels. I had texted, I called room service and nothing. We never got our room cleaned the next they either. House keeping skipped our room. Worst part was, they only had fireworks the day before July 4 and nothing the day of the 4th. Wouldn’t recommend a stay. Loved the water parks, my kids had a good time, but that was it

It pretty amazing Everytime we go. We have been there three times the past five years staff is friendly arcades very nice but extremely over priced but it's a waterpark what do you expect? Clean rooms usually but this time we got there around 430 check in is at 4 we couldn't check in until 530 so we missed our a bunch with the water park the first day kinda frustrating... Also no tissues toilet paper or big towels in our rooms. So I had to hunt down a cart And snag some from there not a huge deal just annoying after the long drive and late check in. Another HUGE issue hot tubs weren't even hot in the slightest and the showers were barely Luke warm. I had my mother in-law with me she was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and it was too cold for her so huge disappointment! Besides that honestly camelback never disappoints but this year was by far the worst experience we have had so far.

We went for a weekend. It seemed a bit chaotic n the lobby when you arrive. However staff managed to direct you where to go. The best thing about it was Karen at the front desk. After meeting her we felt a bit better after questioning if we made the right choice to stay there. The DJ dance party in the lobby was lots of fun!!! We Do not recommend you eat breakfast there,it's just way too expensive. We spent $140 for 4people.. FOR BREAFAST. Instead go to one of the local diners less than 3 miles away for a fraction of the cost. You're already spending so much just to stay there. The water park was ok.. the water in the wave pool was so dirty. Lots of debris floating and the water was mirky. We arrived at 10am when the doors opened and it was already like that. Definitely bring your snacks. The market was charging $5 for a small bag of chips. The rooms were clean and roomy. Housekeeping was very good about getting us extra sheets and providing a coffee maker. However, the management needs to get a better system on quiet time in the hallways. It was 12:30am & guests on our floor were in the halls drinking and hanging out the kids were running up and down the halls yelling. I get that you're on vacation but need to be considerate. Overall it was a nice visit but don't know if we'd come back. Maybe check other options in the area or wait for summer to utilize the outdoor park.

My kids had fun you can just go to the indoor for your stay and they would love it. We did go to the outdoor one and it was great the wave pool is wayyyy bigger and waves are crazy fun but it’s was hotttttttt no shade really so make sure you got sun screen. We also tried the coaster and zip line the 1000 had me about to quit but I did it lol and I thought it would be nothing compared to the 4000. My kids who are 10 did not like the coaster lol I know every child is different but both of them cried but they went alone so if your child say they want to ride with you let them cause I felt bad. But again no shade very hot that day so just be prepared for that good hat shades and water sunscreen. We ate out most the time but they do have on site food.

The good: most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was refreshing. The bad: really bad food choices. Very expensive for what you get. Very poor communication of hours of the activities and of prices of things. I would not recommend and will not return to the resort.
