The staff was very respectful and helpful. The rooms were really clean. The breakfast choice was ok. I did wish I got bacon at least once though 😅. I spent a week there. There was plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location.

This hotel was clean, staff responds quickly and the breakfast was more than I expected. Very nice lady who works at the cafe area helping with breakfast. The breakfast tasted good as well. Also very close to Camelback Waterpark and outlets. Very convenient location.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff Wendy, Jackie, the cook, the cleaner’s, the porter, made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious, the gym was fantastic, and the location was perfect—just minutes from the water park, restaurants, and shopping. Traveling with our 5- and 7-year-old was a breeze. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and we loved being so close to all the attractions and activities. It was the perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter.

I’m stay, kids enjoyed the pool, no hot tub, and it closed at 9:00, which seemed early. Breakfast was ok, hot food but no fresh fruit. We had problems with our key cards. Room was clean, but bathroom was really tight spaced.
