“Perfect stay at the George. Beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming with very attentive staff. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and although it was at the front the traffic was not a problem. We had both breakfast and dinner for two nights and were not disappointed, plenty of choice and all beautifully cooked. All in all an excellent stay at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.”

“The property was nice inside but the room we had was in the old part wasn’t very clean a lot of dust furniture tatty curtains hanging off the rail water stains on ceiling paint all flaking on the walls in the window and a lot of cold coming from the windows really bad stains on the mattress but the towels and bedding was very clean left the portable heater on all nite to keep the room warm”
