“This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now. Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed ...

“Room in bad state; taps leaked, towel holders collapsed, kitchen Venetian blinds not working; air con failed to work; broken down furniture, only 1 fan in lounge; no AC, no fan, we couldn’t sleep…, slept on the floor. Worst nightmare staying here.”
