“The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised. However the facilities needed more maintenance. The rooms were mouldy and needed more ventilation. Toilet wise could be largely improved in terms of insect defecate. Understand it’s a place surrounded by nature but also spotted a mouse in one of the rooms, the staff were quick to respond and helped checked the rooms. The lagoon area with water was dirty ”

This is the first hotel resort I have stayed in where the executive chef comes to your table to personally welcome you and to ask how everything is and if there's anything he can do for you. Johan was amazing and even brought us a cake to say thank you! Staff Members Putri and Jeni in the restaurant, and then Collin in the pool restaurant were marvellous. All the staff are a real credit to the resort! So hospitable. The resort is very...
