“Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this)
On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too.
Would highly recommend for a staycation as it's...

“Hotel ya un poco viejo, aunque no está mal, no creo que repitiera, se encuentra en una zona dónde no hay nada.
Hotel ruidoso en las habitaciones por culpa de los aires acondicionados. La piscina con mucha gente. El desayuno esta bien, eso si. PMR: Hotel dónde aprovechando las rampas para los maleteros puedes acceder a casi todas partes. Eso si, como casi toda Malasia, no esperes que nadie respete los pasos adaptados donde los alla. Lo normal algo aparcado en la rampa.”

“Hotel con mucho encanto y personalidad. Habitación deluxe muy grande, cama muy grande y cómoda. El baño también estaba muy bien, con ducha y bañera separadas. El personal del hotel es super amable. La zona de la piscina no és muy grande pero la piscina es preciosa y tiene mucho encanto.”

“This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty.
The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...

“Old furnishing, sofa, bedding and towels etc were sparse and looked very worn out. The apartment was not clean and floor was sticky we had to wear footwear during the stay. Checking in was easy, but note that the mailbox locks dont work so anyone can get in or out of your room easily and you will have no clue. Location is great. Parking is ample and great.”

“It was a really nice stay exactly as we hoped for! The location on the beach was beautiful and the villa had all the comforts of home. Was conveniently located within short car ride to Georgetown. Also the bag of ice in the freezer for drinks was a nice touch!”
