I sent a message two days prior to checking in and never received a response. Checking was chaotic and took forever. Lots of guests were waiting and only one receptionist with poor training. We had reserved an ocean view apartment and were given one with no ocean view. Then, had to change and got one with a view from the second bedroom (with twin beds) that we had told the receptionist we would not use because it is only my husband and I, and a side view when on the balcony. Views were of buildings and a huge pile of trash. WiFi didn’t work and we had to wait at the apartment for 3 hours for the technician to come and fix it. We suspect the receptionist had forgotten to contact the technician at first. My husband had to go to her several times and ask. All our plans that late afternoon and evening were ruined. Flooded kitchen after a night rain due to a 3 cm gap under the door. The apartment and style are nice.

Noisy lots rough people manager not friendly angry I stayed with my fiancee one night in 2bdr appartment thrn i renew for other 5 days After renewing they force me to rent another room for my fiancee manager yelling at us refuse to give refund Very unprofessional and direspect and lies to new biditor to morroco My fiancee felt very undafe in this establishment
