“Dirty, cold and unsafe hotel with dishonest owner. Started with the false information from the owner. My mum is 80 years old and cannot take many stairs. I specifically contacted the owner and asked if the room is on the ground floor, he said yes!yes! In reality she had to climb 3 blocks of stairs… Then he didn’t even check our passports (it’s a mandatory in Morocco) and demanded extra cash for an “upgrade”. Then apartment was extremely dirty, even the toilet was dirty. And very cold! We asked...

“L’hygiène de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le linge de lit n’avait visiblement pas été lavé et les serviettes étaient dans le même état. J’ai dû faire appel à une femme de ménage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine était dans un état de saleté tel qu’elle était inutilisable, et il n’y avait même pas de bouteilles de gaz. Une expérience très décevante que je ne recommande pas.”

“The property is nasty it doesn’t meet Expedia standard, I been member with you for long time but I was shocked to see property in this low standard. The property is dirty in all ways.
