The property is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by lush vegetation. The rooms are spacious and nice. The restaurant is really good, the food was delicious and the presentation was really elegant, offers food from the area, really well done. It probably needs to add more amenities like a gym, and more things to do within the hotel itself apart from the pool and the spa. But I highly recommend this place, it is close to Xilitla about 1/2 hour, within 1:15 hours of Tamul waterfalls and the Sotano de las Golondrinas, and about 40 min south of Ciudad Valle.

Ok, if you’re doing Las Pozas and the Tamasopo but have a car this is the only hotel that is in the middle of both and amazing! Loved everything about the room, food and staff!

El personal de recepción excelente, el trato de todos es muy bueno, solo el servicio en el restaurante y la zona de alberca son malos, me parece que se debe a que no tienen suficiente personal, solo dos meseras, son insuficientes. Hay momentos en que hay que pararse para ir a pedir el servicio.

Las personas fueron muy amables. El hotel es muy agradable en el medio del bosque. Las habitaciones son cómodas. En general todo muy bien. Solo pediría bajar el volumen de la música en las áreas comunes, restaurante y piscina, el lugar esta en medio de la naturaleza y el volumen es muy alto.
