“I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control.
However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars.
If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back.”

“Helpful staff and the scheduling of the tours /rides etc. rooms outdated and needing maintenance. Had two towels for two people but when i asked for an additional towel to use the pool, it was an additional to use. If you have any knee or walking issues this place not for you. Their is 250-260 feet of stairs just to get up and down through this hotel. No elevator”

“We love the place so much, super clean, well maintained, very nice pebble flooring outside which is very important in a wet weather as it doesn’t get slippery, amazing owners and staff, great foods, great ocean front and there’s diving and snorkeling spot just below the resort. I was amazed, the property was even better in person. We will definitely come back and will recommend people ❤️😇🙏”

“Nice place to stay, Clean, great staff and room. Quiet area with very limited access to anything outside the resort. Restaurant needs to offer more variety and improve on the food quality of what they do serve.”
