The hotel was well located near the town center, quiet, safe, ample parking space, staff were helpful and good room service but the choice of food were somewhat limited. The selected food was plenty and excellent. Good scenery around the hotel.

The accommodation looks like a building what used to be a great hotel back in the days. The rooms are spacious and there is free breakfast included with freshly made omelet. However the carpet is full of spots, the bathroom full of molt and little insects. The hotel experienced a few power interruptions during our stay. The location is on walking distance of the city center with nice restaurants for a good diner.

- No real welcome when we got there to check in - No gym as advertised. Machines mostly broken except for 2 exercise bikes and 1 cross trainer. This does not constitute a gym. When I flagged it with the reception I was told it would be fixed that evening; which it wasn’t, then the following day was told it would be done then which it wasn’t. I explained to the reception that we booked that hotel specifically as it had a gym and were unhappy with the situation and just got blank stares. - Plates of food left in corridor for 24 hours plus; I believe this hotel is wildly understaffed - Place was just in generally poor condition. Needs some investment soon or I don’t think it will be around for long with the ongoing development in the area.

Property is in a good location with good reviews. It could be really nice if it was kept up. Malaysian definition of clean is a bit lower than Europe/American. Little things like shampooing carpets, cleaning walls, etc could make this place feel much nicer. Most rooms have a faint/old cigarette smoke smell.

The facilities are abit old but functioning. I wished they provided better room slippers. The floor is really cold especially at night. Also, the ironing board is shared amongst the level/hotel, which is a first for me. Really wish that there were hooks in the toilet for me to hang my clothes. The hotel is on top of the hill, so please hail a taxi from the bus terminal especially if you have luggage! (Cost 15RM)

Booked 4 rooms and they were not clean with doors and many cupboards damaged. Towels not very clean. Rooms also got many insects. Tap without proper cap resulting in water spraying instead of flowing down when turned on.

We booked the room with a kid and we paid additional guest charge as well. But then hotel insists to pay for extra towel and bottle. Theyeven said I need to pay for breakfast for the kid. Eventually after having a discussion with the staff and management they made an exception. This is something that they need to have the clarity

We had a great stay in this hotel and we upgraded our room that had a fantastic view of the hills and the village. The room simply massive and it was so relaxing just sitting in the balcony enjoying the wonderful view. The only problem we had was the television being too loud and we could not adjust the volume of the sound and the cover for the handset of the tv conrol was missing. We informed the front desk but they did not do anything about it. We had not attempted to turn the tv on again. The food in the restaurant not good. We had wonderful Tandoori chicken meals down in a restaurant in he village. We were able to buy fruits from the fruit stalls next to the car park which is on the way to the hotel up the hill.

今回、このホテルには3泊しました。20年前から今まで数回訪れている。 毎回、のんびりとさせて貰っている。 朝の食事はテラスで、昼はタナラタの街のホーカーセンターで現地の味を楽しんでいる。 旧館は建物は古いがメンテナンスはされており、清掃も行き届いている。 今回、はホテルからタナラタの街まで、1日数回無料のシャトルバスが用意されていた。 一応時間は決まっているが、多少の融通は聴いてくれる。 行きは下り坂で良いのだが、帰りの上り坂は苦痛になった歳には助かる。 バスタブに熱いお湯を溜めてゆっくりできるので疲れもとれる。 部屋のテレビはNHKは映るが日本の民法は映らない。

The cleanses was a big issue upon arrival. There was a supper long golden hair on the bedsheets covered up by the blanket. The cups didn't look like being washed? Servicing was good, could make changes accordingly. Tks

Het hotel inclusief de kamers zijn erg gedateerd. We hadden geen toiletpapier en ze vonden het erg vervelend om dat te komen brengen. De uitleg naar onze kamer was zo onduidelijk dat we deze dan ook niet konden vinden. Ergens achteraf was een lift die bijna niet te vinden was. Vanwege deze algehele teleurstelling zijn we een dag eerder weggegaan,
