“Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel. “Sinceramente no es un hotel de 5 estrellas como dicen para empezar la piscina pertenece a otro hotel y tienes que cruzar un pasadizo cojer el ascensor del otro hotel y llegar a la piscina , una odisea por lo que para mí es una publicidad engañosa el decir que tiene piscina . Lo segundo esq las habitaciones las hacen muy muy tarde , nosotros salíamos muy pronto del hotel para hacer las excursiones y los dos días al llegar a las tres de la tarde la habitación estaba sin hacer , eso no es normal...
