コスパが最高です ロケーションも夕飯に困らない場所 一杯飲みたい方には歩いていける距離に 何軒か選択肢もあるので便利だと思います。 風呂もトイレも共同ですが、 このコストを考えると全く問題ありません。

또 가고싶은 숙소입니다. 호스트는 직접 시설 안내를 해주시고 온천수가 나오는 개인 욕탕과 중앙정원 등, 민숙임에도 불구하고 깨끗한 시설과 편안한 침구류, 히터 등의 준비는 5성 호텔 부럽지 않은 수준입니다. 현금 결제이며 소정의 입욕세가 추가되지만 충분히 지불할 값어치가 있습니다.

とてもきれいか、と言われると微妙ですが、田舎の親戚の家のような感じです。お風呂はコンパクトですが温泉ですし、海からも近いし、寝るだけなら十分です。駐車場もすぐに案内してくださいました。 部屋に小さくてもいいのでテーブルがあるとありがたいと思いました。

白浜エネルギーランド、店やコンビニ、スパー、酒屋、観光施設がすぐ近くにある素晴らしい立地条件なのに、格安の宿泊料金。 24時間入浴できる温泉は泉質もすごく良く、わざわざ他所に入りに行かなくても、宿の温泉で十二分に堪能できます。 宿のご主人も色々と融通をきかせてくれるので快適に過ごせました。

場所は一等地にあります 施設は老朽化が進んでますが宿泊費も安価です 風呂の脱衣場が砂まみれだったので、海水浴のあとに砂を持ち込んだのかもしれませんができれば清掃されていると助かります

短い時間ではありましたが、とても楽しくくつろげた時間でした。天気が悪く、他の宿泊者がみえないようでしたので、とても静かでした。お風呂は温泉で一人でゆったり入れます。個人的に昭和の時代が好きなので、かつ家さんの雰囲気はとても好みですね。民宿素泊まりに慣れている方なら、気に入ると思います。オススメします。

前日に宿に到着する時間を夜８時４０分から９時前くらいになると電話連絡していたが、到着時に不在で、連絡先に電話をしたが応答なし。少し不安に思いながら先に近くのスーパーによってから戻ると、後から家主が帰宅し、「ちょうどお風呂に行っていた。タイミングが悪かった。」と言い訳から始まり謝罪なし。不在だったことは大して気にしていなかったが、連絡していたにも関わらずタイミングが悪かったと言われムッとしていたところ、「アドベンチャーワールドのお客さんはいつも９時を過ぎるんですよね。変更されると困る。」と他施設の責任にする。ホームページで見ればわかることですが。 お風呂は決まった時間に入りたいのかもしれませんが、連絡はとれるようにしてもらいたい。不安になります。 宿泊代も遅くに到着するからとおつりなしで用意し渡したのに、「領収書の金額は合っているか、おつりは渡したか」と言われ、大丈夫なのかとまた不安になった。 施設内に関しては、お風呂は湯加減ちょうどでした。 食卓や電子レンジが置かれ、夕食の弁当は暖めてから食べられました。 トイレは１階のみでしたが、洗面場所は２階にもあります。 鍵は旧式のものでしたが、外からもかけられます。

温泉の質は良い民宿です。

利用料金に対しての評価です。普通です。 建物は古いですが、しっかりと清掃されていました。風呂は温泉で快適でした。 部屋のカギが昔ながらの引き戸に付く手でクルクル回すタイプで火災などの非常時は素早く出られない難点はありますが、防犯的には十分ではないでしょうか。 部屋に設置されている金庫はダイヤル式で初めての経験をさせていただきました。テレビのリモコンは電池切れで使用不可、ちょっと残念でした。 食事をする場所は近くにいっぱいあるので心配なしです。

Very friendly host/comfortable stay

Very friendly owner/host. Excellent service. Good Japanese-style bath. Western toilet and WiFi only on first floor. Breakfast room available for guests use (no meals served by inn). Close-by supermarket. Only wish they didn’t smoke because odor permeates property.
