The room needed updating as the walls and facilities were old and worn. There was noise from the traffic outside, the curtains wouldn't close but that wasn't a problem for us and the walls and floor needed redoing. The breakfast was included and was quite good with several choices of cereal spreads and juices. For the price we paid we were satisfied for one night stay but would not recommend to others. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
