Don’t be out off by the theme park. Out of season, the hotel is ok!

Restaurant: Day1: very good service from the waiters. They all where looking proactivly if we wanted some additional drinks ore remove the plates. Day2: complete opositte. We had to call the waiter to remove the plates as they did not do anything for 30min. They took orders from the table next to us and left us sitting with empty plates in front of us with emty glasses. So service level depents on the team. Some are great "5Star" and some had some room for improvement.

Clean hotel and not too busy. Due to low occupancy only bat menu available and not full restaurant menu on. Room is in reasonable condition.

Don’t be put off with this hotel being next to a theme park! It’s a great find for large comfortable rooms and reasonable food!

Fantastic location for quiet night

Having stayed at the hotel many times, I had not eaten there. I was told of new chef on board and I can say the food was excellent. Highly recommend for a quiet night away… not during school holidays

Great for using the park. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a little tired and worn, rooms could do with a spruce up. Food is not very good, looks a lot better than it tastes, but staff dealt with my issue quickly
