My family and I stayed in a big room with 3 queen beds. 2 of them together and the 3rd in a different little room. They had all the towels, shampoo and body wash all ready. The only thing was that the top floor was being remodeled and we couldn’t use the pool. Breakfast was very plain, however the front office lady was very nice and sweet. She made toast and coffee for us which was the only thing available but her customer service was excellent!

Buen Hotel,lo recomiendo!! Solo hay 2 puntos a considerar,La ubicacion es muy centrica para los lugares de interes, su ubicacion es poco comun pero esta bien,1° punto para personas que viajen con adultos mayores pidan el piso 1 por que no tiene elevador...pero solo son 2 pisos los que subes asi que no es demasiado, la alberca esta en la terraza que viene siendo el 3° piso , 2° punto a considerar es el estacionamiento afortunadamente nodotros encontramos estacionamiento frente al hotel pero su estacionamiento esta un poco mas adelante,fuera de eso me parece bieb por lo que incluye,la trqnquilidad ,la atencion y las condiciones del Hotel,viaje con mi familia esposo e hijos de 6 y 11 años,recomendado!!

Hola, nuestra estancia en el hotel duro muy poco solo íbamos de entrada por salida de la ciudad de Tampico, la habitación si estaba limpia pero podría mejorarse. El personal fue educado pero no muy atento ya que tengo una queja no con el personal en si, pero si en qué yo había reservado una habitación premium y nos dieron una habitación bonita y cómoda, pero no era la que indicaba en mi reservación, me gustaría que fueran más atentos en ese aspecto ya que era nuestra primera vez ahí y no nos percatamos de la situación con la habitación premium hasta ya muy tarde. Fuera de eso, lo demás está muy bien muy bonito me gustó mucho el ambiente porque era un lugar tranquilo y los servicios que dan son excelentes cuentan con televisión de cable, internet, con piscina y terraza para disfrutar de una velada o un momento agradable en familia, solo que si les falta un poco de remodelación en los barandales de la piscina. El desayuno lamentablemente no lo consumimos porque nos fuimos muy temprano del hotel pero por lo que vi en otros comentarios, es un desayuno promedio. La verdad si regresaría, ya que es un lugar tranquilo, cómodo y agradable.

Reserve en una de las sucursales y resultó que el estacionamiento lo tenían dos cuadras de distancia, a pesar de ese inconveniente el chico de front, me atendió con mucha amabilidad. De ahí me ayudó a cambiar mi reserva a la otra sucursal que si contaba con estacionamiento en el interior, pero al llegar nos damos cuenta de que no cuenta con elevador y tienes que subir 3 pisos caminando, lo cual no es muy conveniente cuando llevas mucho equipaje, además de que las habitaciones contiguas filtran el sonido y la cereza del pastel, es que el supuesto desayuno americano, solo es pan tostado o cereal. Deberían ser más transparentes en la información de su descripción.
