My family and I stayed in a big room with 3 queen beds. 2 of them together and the 3rd in a different little room. They had all the towels, shampoo and body wash all ready. The only thing was that the top floor was being remodeled and we couldn’t use the pool. Breakfast was very plain, however the front office lady was very nice and sweet. She made toast and coffee for us which was the only thing available but her customer service was excellent!

Todo muy bien, solo les sugiero no estar tan insistentes en preguntar si se hace la limpieza al día siguiente, es primera vez que en un hotel me preguntan tanto si hacen o no la limpieza, la mayoria de las veces ni preguntan, solo la realizan.
