La propiedad es buena y ubicada en el centro de la ciudad de Tampico, el hotel en cuestión de calidad y precio pues está bien, es un hotel q cumple la función de que llegues y descanses pero ya le hace falta una manita de Gato. Yo me quedé en el 5to piso y me quedé sola y la verdad la puerta se me hacia insegura y no había de cadenita para poner. Quiero resaltar enormemente la atención y excelente disposición de Sandra quien estaba en recepción y me apoyó muchísimo

Exelente desde el ingreso, el personal muy amable, desde los de limpieza, restaurante y recepción todos ellos muy muy amables. Además de tener un súper precio por noche, está ubicado en un área exelente en el centro de la ciudad de Tampico todo está a la mano.

Excelente atención y servicio, el personal super amable... La comida muy rica y de precios muy accesibles... Super cerquita del Centro Histórico y las habitaciones muy limpias... Estuvimos muy cómodos... Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí cuando vuelva.

El hotel ya es muy viejo y deteriorado las paredes esta cuartedas el aire se cuela por las ventanas de madera me toco dos dias muy frios solicite una manta ya que la cama no tenia me comentaron que no tenian me congele esos dos dias batalle para que me respetaran el desayuno me informaron que hera herror de la plataforma al final me lo respetaron otro hueped se la pasaba hasta las cinco de la mañana con su mucica a todo bolumen llamamos a recepcion no contestaron al final no me quede la tercera noche me retire

En general está bien. Cuenta con elevador, está a unas cuadras del centro de la ciudad, el personal de la recepción siempre fue amable. El único detalle es que las habitaciones si están algo viejas.

El Hotel me indicaron que esta en remodelación, la habitacion es amplia aunque los muebles estan algo deteriorados. En General esta Bien, con los beneficios de estar en el centro y economico

Fue muy agradable mi estancia lo unico es que a la hora del desayuno me dijeron que era de 6 a 11 yo fui a las 7:30 y aun no habia guisados para degustar solo pude comer fruta y cafe ya que me tenia que retirar a las 8:30 am

Me gustó la ubicación , no me gustó que el lavabo presenta problema para desaguar , aparentemente presenta taponamiento , una pieza del vitropiso en el baño está roto y existe riesgo de algún percance , en general el hotel está bien ,
