Simple, bare-bones hotel. Room was clean but the building and rooms are old and dated. Beds small and uncomfortable. Close to airport which is good for an overnight stay.

The building have a good design and concept , just to say something positive … but is very old and doesn’t have any maintenance , and our room it was dirty , the breakfast says continental and it was just coffee and bread. I will never stay there again.

Se ve que es un hotel que va en decadencia y su personal le echa ganas para mantenerlo a flote. La limpieza en la habitación no se hace a conciencia, llaves de agua carcomidas, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, alberca sucia. La comida en el restauran no es mala y es a buen precio. Tiene paredes de tablaroca y una puerta cerrada que conecta a otra habitación. Esto hace que se escuchen las voces y ruidos de la habitación contigua.

Nos quedamos 7 días, desde que llegamos la Alberca estaba verde, pensamos que era el azulejo y nos metimos, nos salieron ronchas al rato de estar ahí, le dijimos al gerente y según el ya estaba limpia desde un día antes que llegáramos, no la pudimos volver a usar porque se puso cada día más verde,la limpiaron hasta un día antes que me iba, sábanas y almohadas duras, a mi parecer las sábanas tienen chinches porque no aguantabamos la comezón por las noches, usábamos repelente para poder dormir, no hay reglas en la alberca... Había unos hombres tomando con música a todos volumen en la alberca y no era cómodo salir con niños mientras estaban ahí, los baños muy viejos, el asiento de la taza de baño estaba roto y descarapelado, amarillento, agua amarilla para uso de regadera, un día no tuvimos agua caliente, el desayuno continental no varía siempre fue café pan con mantequilla y fruta y cereal si querias, las toallas muy duras, la tarjeta del cuarto se desprogramó 2 veces, un día la chica de limpieza entro porque le dijeron que ya estaba desalojado el cuarto cuando apenas teníamos 4 días, está muy caro para el servicio tan pobre, entendería si fuera más barato pero eran 1500 la noche... No lo recomiendo para nada, si es mejor ver otras opciones, porque también nisiquiera les preocupa que las letras de su hotel están fundidas, entonces desde fuera se ve el cuidado del hotel

Desde que entras se siente una vibra incómoda...al entrar a la habitación no se diga las manijas de la puerta inseguras, las instalaciones muy deterioradas, sin focos de luz q ala mera hora querían ponermelas. Los climas no jala . El elevador truena horrible ... Jamás en la vida lo recomiendo!!!
