Hotel was clean, rooms were good. Just wished they had buffet breakfast and not someone serving us. Our first morning the lady was rude, but other than that the hotel was nice, the swimming pool was too.

Tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado 2 veces durante la noche. Se apagaba y como es controlado por recepcion habia que estar llamando. Creo que deberia ser autónomo de cada habitacion el poder controlar este tipo de servicios. De lo demas no tengo queja, personal amable y desayuno normal.

La atención muy bien. Solo un detalle en una habitación donde el control del aire acondicionado se tenía que reportar a la recepción. Nunca me había pasado algo similar. Hablar a la recepción para bajar o subir la temperatura de la habitación.

El aire acondicionado nos falló 2 veces la misma noche durante la madrugada, pasamos calor pero espero en mi proxima visita no haya estos inconvenientes. La informacion que se muestra aqui en Expedia dice que el traslado al aeropuerto es las 24hrs, pero eso es erroneo, en recepcion me dijeron que era a partir de las 7am, por lo cual tuve que tomar taxi a las 5am para llegar a ni vuelo.

La habitación estaba muy confortable, tiene todas las amenidades básicas para pasar un excelente estadía. La regadera amplia cómoda pude planchar mi ropa tiene secadora de cabello los productos para el baño de muy buena calidad las camas muy confortables.. el personal muy amable y eficiente y el buffet desayuno delicioso muy variado y la ubicación excelente
