Spacious room with espresso capsule coffee maker. Coffee maker should not be taken as granted on all hotels, so the room having one naturally caught my attention. I'd describe the room as "functional".

Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. I will be staying here again and recommending it to co-workers who travel to Finland on business.

Some hair in the bed sheets but all in all it's a good hotel. Reception was extremely good, nice and helpful. Joined their e-mail spamming list to get presumably better floor. Don't know if that works for real? No minibar but there was a fridge.

Stay was good. Friendly staff nice modern room and shower was nice. Thing to improve could be to have cleat marking of hotels parking slots. It was bit confusing if we ate on correct side or not (it was instructed in check-in but much better to have signs outside as clear indication as there is so many other parking systems signs even in area that is allowed for hotel quests)

Beds were cheap mattress kept slipping down bed frame and pillows were inadequate. No dinner or room service available for both days of stay.

The difficulties in parking were dishonestly hidden from any information about this hotel. You must pay 24 eur per day to park in a very restricted set of parking spots without any guarantee that you will get one. Leaving your spot does not guarantee you will have another one when you get back—despite paying!! And if you end parking before the daily rate, you end up paying TRIPLE the hourly price.

ホテルスタッフが非常に親切でした。分かりやすい英語で説明をしてくれたり、重たい荷物を預けても快く受け取ってくれました。タンペレ市内各所へのアクセスもよく、連泊して本当に良かったです。ムーミン美術館と直結している点もタンペレ観光にぴったりです。
