Fine for the price. Not good or horrible. Good walking distance to yankee spring training.

The staff was friendly but there was mold in the bathroom of our room. Wasn’t clean and smelled like a frat house.

Did have an old smell in the lobby, hallway and in the room. Wasn’t bad though. You can tell they attempted to cover it up. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again/

Key cards kept failing. Got locked out of room 3 times in 3 days. Rooms are very damp. Just an ok stay.
