The room was cleaned and so was the property. We ate breakfast at 7:00 am and it was cold (supposed to be hot). Overall everything was good. Staff very friendly.

The breakfast was cold at 7:00am. The room and property was very clean . My stay was very nice. The staff was very nice . I didn’t like the idea that I couldn’t get a receipt at checkout because of a third party. My rooms were paid for in advance but had to leave a $100.00 deposit when we got there don’t know why.

The outside seemed alright, maybe a little more lighting and signs for the turn onto the road itself for the hotel. The building inside smelt a lot like mildew and old. The room you could tell it was repainted and renovated recently but the room smelt very moldy and even flared up my allergies. The walls and lamps were very dirty though like they hadn’t been wiped down or dusted in awhile. The walls had like food and a lot of dirt on them from passed guests as well. The table top and desk were very dirty too. The shower was very nice though.

Quick family trip

The staff was amazing .. everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The convenience to Busch Gardens and waffles will definitely have me coming back. The pillows were not the best and the room dis have an unpleasant (old) smell.

My stay was okay. The first night there was a small roach and my husband and I wanted to leave, but it was too late so we stayed. Didn’t see anymore for the rest of our stay, but that definitely set a bad tone for the stay. Everything else was fine, but breakfast wasn’t the best.

My Sleep Inn Stay

Friendly Staff, excellent customer service. Room pleasant clean and free from unpleasant odors. Breakfast needs much improvement. Sausages looked and tasted raw, eggs tasteless. Actually thought they were powdered eggs lol.
