A nice location tethered to an iHop in the parking lot so the parking lot feels busy, but safe. The staff was courteous and friendly and they have a nice selection in the lobby of drinks and snacks similar to a small convenience store. For it's affordability it is top notch!

Old, outdated, musty and dirty. Breakfast wasn’t worth it! Would NEVER go back again! The best parts was that the front desk guy, Gabriel was very nice and patient. And the mattress and bedding was very comfortable and smelled like they were laundered in bleach.

The beds were really comfortable and clean. The ac was cold and kept the room really comfy. The bathroom is well aged, had issues regulating the shower temperature, and there were gnats. The treadmill in the gym didn’t work, and it was really hot in there. But the elliptical worked so I made use of that. The pool was really pretty and clean! And the staff was really friendly and helpful. For the price, it’s a comfortable stay.

Although the website and front-desk signage refer to a free "continental" breakfast, there were actually hot options - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, grits, oatmeal, etc. - so what was provided went nicely beyond what we thought it would include. Proximity to Interstate 75 and Fowler Ave. made this an easy location for getting around Tampa while we were there.
