This property is a comfortable and basic property. It has some nice features like a pool, etc. It’s a good place to crash for the night!

Rooms are dirty. You can see insects on the floor. Due to this I changed my room. Doors everytime locked and several times I applied for the receptionist to unlock me card.

It’s very dated. The rooms are very clean but I had to ask for another set of towels and extra soap. The toiletries are all mini size Dove products and only suffice one person not two as was the number in my party. Front desk was very helpful.

Gave room not cleaned yet. Heater in 2nd room malfunctioning. Gave wrong time for airport shuttle when called hotel.

Lobby was nice, updated and easy access from airport. Dislikes: rooms are still decorated from 80’s, but clean. Atrium is very bland-concrete, needs some plants to brighten up. I used fitness room, no drinking cups or wipes to wipe down equipment

Very outdated. But smelled clean and fresh. Convenient with airport shuttle, and breakfast included. Near Westshore Plaza and places to eat. Frank at check in desk was super nice.

Hotel shuttle only leaves on the hour and is crowded. We didn’t even have a remote and once we got one tv didn’t work
