Disliked: Check-in, communication
Was never even able to stay there even though everything was fully confirmed!? Booked it on Expedia and everything went through, and I got the confirmation email and everything like normal from Expedia.
Then some random 3rd party (Evolve) sends some email saying payment didn’t process. I had/have no idea who Evolve is - figured it was spam, didn’t click on it.
Then I go to check into the property the day before and Evolve say it’s not booked anymore, mind you I never got a text or a call from anyone? Evolve had rented the space out to someone else for 1/2 the days I was supposed to be there? Terrible communication and follow through. Mind you I never booked anything with Evolve so why would I interact with them??? The host lost almost a full week’s pay/stay from me because their 3rd party software company, and I booked somewhere else that wasn’t so shady.
