Everything is done online then they send you the passcode and instructions to check in, you don’t have to wait at the desk for someone to help you it’s all virtual. Pool area is really nice, while I did not use the gym I was very impressed at all that it had to use. The property is within a 10-15 min walk to everything you want to do. Stayed here while taking my son to tour University of Tampa, 15 min walk and on campus perfect location. Very safe area.

The room was very nice and included everything you would need for a week long stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The building and the stay requires multiple passwords which creates a very safe feeling but one of the passwords given did not work so assistance was required a couple times from maintenance and residents for the elevator use.
