What I thought was the best thing about this property was that there was communication available with the hosts 24-7. The room was better than I expected. I will be staying here again in the future.

Communication was great. Parking was easy, the area was nice. Room was simple, clean but had a musty wet basement smell….. the smell lingered into our clothing. They need to install a humidifier or something similar to take the moisture out of the room. They had a air wick plug in hanging from random cord from the wall which was not only a fire hazard but it didn’t really help to cover up the smell.

This place is disgusting. We simply could not stay in this room. First, the musty smell! My husband's nose stuffed-up within the first 10 minutes of being in the room. The light switch had layers of dirt and grime. The ceiling over the bed was stained. The toaster oven was caked with crumbs and dead bugs. There was a bottle of Vodka in the freezer, obviously not opened and check while cleaning the room. The bathroom sink and tub/shower faucets were full of scum. The kitchen cupboards were filthy and the dishes were suspect. It was obvious that the windows looking out to the water had not been washed in a very long time and the outdoor space was dirty as was the walk up the stairs to the room. The outdoor furniture was rusted and dirty. Travelocity should be ashamed to list a property like this. We could not stay there! Even my husband was grossed out! They refunded us all but $232. But I'm hoping to be refunded for that too. Why should we have to pay for a room that is disgusting? Especially since we did not stay for even one night!
