The best thing about the whole stay was the access to the pool. We were aware that the room wouldn’t be cleaned unless we asked it to be cleaned; however upon exit to the park. We asked that the towels be changed out. They were not; upon asking the front desk staff for towels during both nights! We were told they had no towels and there was nothing they could do to accommodate. Next issue I reserved 2 rooms and one was on the 3rd floor and one was on the 5th floor; they were booked at the same time. The staff was not accommodating. They offered no solutions to the problems; we spent time at Walmart buying towels and washcloths. Honestly, we should have just brought our own! Don’t stay here.
