Very clean and well kept. Excellent location if you are visiting a student at USF. Nice and convenient market and nice size rooms. That do charge a flat fee for parking though but I think this is common in the Tampa area.

Great location to Moffitt. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was terrible, eggs, toast and protein were cold and really couldn’t be reheated. No housekeeping service even though we were there three days. Convenient to lots of restaurants and the Hard Rock casino. We were in a handicap room but the shower had no grab bar!!
