Good 2-3 star hotel for buisness travel..safe...close to everything..needs some updates and care but is clean....staff super friendly and extremely helpful......breakfast is decent but average selection. Good parking....traffic in and out and surrounding is very heavy at 0700 and 1700 so plan accordingly. I have stayed here several times the last 12 months

This property has an excellent location and great potential, but unfortunately, our experience fell well below the standards expected from Holiday Inn Express. Our room had a visibly dirty carpet and black mold buildup in the toilet. The hotel also did not have enough clean towels available, an issue that affected several guests in our group. Breakfast offered very limited options and the overall quality was disappointing. Most concerning was the dismissive and arrogant attitude of some staff members when assistance was needed. I sincerely hope management and corporate leadership review this property’s housekeeping, operational standards, and customer service. With its excellent location, this hotel has the potential to be much better, but these issues require attention.
