Very friendly staff from front desk to Sam the bartender at the pool. Nice rooms, nice gym. Hotel had a lot going on with people everywhere. The two pools are pretty small for the volume of people. Good location. Close to highway and airport.

Went out to the small pool early. Pool Bar was not wiped down properly from day/night before. There were bees flying into the spout of the beer taps before the bar was open. They should be covered. Roof of pool bar needs to be painted or cleaned. Pool area itself was clean. I did not get to go to the other pool which I heard was the nicer of the two. I wish someone would have mentioned when we checked in that there was a shuttle or something to that one. Otherwise our room was awesome. Everything was what you would expect from a Grand Hyatt. Will definitely visit again.

This is perhaps the first hotel that I’ve felt like I got good value for the destination fee. From s’mores kit to shuttle to the airport. Jane in breakfast was amazing. Great convo. Impressive person. So personable. All front desk staff was phenomenal. Especially Jasmine (who was so kind answering all of our questions.) The room was also huge room and the bed comfy. Also, all the food at the hotel was good, thankfully. A lot of times "hotel food" is just so-so. Not here. Very tasty!
