I highly recommend grand Hyatt because of their accommodating staff that were so pleasant. They made the stay seamless. The food was outstanding, and the pool was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We have always loved the Grand Hyatt for a staycation. The rooms are nice and the views even better. The food was very good, although the service in the lobby bar/restaurant could have been better. We had to find our own napkins and silverware for our first meal, and at other times we had to seek out the server for the check. Service at breakfast in the more formal dining area was exemplary.

The reason we chose this hotel is because of the pictures of the beautiful pool and waterfront dock. It would have been very nice to have been informed that it was going to be closed down for maintenance and off-limits to guests. They had no problem still charging me my $35 resort fee, even though the pool area and waterfront that made up our minds to stay there was not even open for us to use. Staff was very nice and everything else was at or above expectations. It’s just too bad that they charge a resort fee without being able to have guest use the resort.
