The front staff gentleman was amazing! He definitely deserves kudos! Though I didn’t catch his name. 🙈 My family and I felt safe here and the rooms were very clean and nice! The property was clean & the staff was very professional, however when it came to housekeeping, i requested that my bed sheet be changed, I guess im so used to the old way of doing things, such as i shouldn't have to request that you take the dirty towels & replace them with clean towels being that your already in the room replacing the sheets, so FYI when putting in a request make sure to request everything you need while they are there.
